I recently went back to playing Habbo for a short while, and it's definitely changed a lot. There's a lot more rooms than I could remember from back in 2008, and there's quests now, that earn you in-game cash to help furnish your own lounge. The beginning quests will generally walk you through the different areas, requiring you to learn how to interact with the various objects in-game.
There's also several kinds of 'sports' which in the Habbo universe means that you'll be playing mini-games that resemble, and recreate the feeling of trying to make something on Drawball, while a hundred different people try to ruin it for you at the same time. [The Comics]

Haha, I don't like browser games!
ReplyDeleteSo it's more than just a glorified chatroom now? I may have to try it again sometime.
ReplyDeleteMeh, it is still a middle schooler game in my eyes.
ReplyDeleteHah I remember waking up in the middle of the night just to play Habbo.
ReplyDeleteI remember Habbo. I joined some Harry Potter thing, but that was when I was like 10, hah.
